Prior to joining the Bates Insurance Group, Andy worked at one of the nation’s largest professional employer organizations (PEO). He also was a representative of one of the region’s premier insurance brokerage firms. With this experience Andy has served as a consultant to dozens of small to medium size companies to implement outstanding results and maximize employers’ human resource budgets.
Andy holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota along with life and health insurance licenses. He is also licensed in property and casualty and has completed the Minnesota partnership program for long- term care planning.
